I like the idea of someone familiar with the details of the organization deciding Whisenhunt's future.

Keim has been well respected around the league.  It does help the continuity somewhat.  It bothers me in the fact that Keim has definitely been a guy in the war room deciding on many of our whiffed picks.

It also seemed like him and Whiz were buds frown

Time for a complete change....I like Polian, Heckert who was in Cleveland would be my second choice, with Lombardi third...Fire WHUZ.....Trade Fitz and retool... Your still a year away as SF, Seattle and St.Louis have shown....Look at what Minny, St Louis, Miami, Indy, Wash, have done this year.....built thru trades, draft and coaching. You really want Keim, Graves Whuz all guys that have been pulling the trigger on FA and drafts running it again? Teams that are perpetual losers all have one thing in common...BAD MANAGEMENT and BAD COACHING. San Diego, Detroit, Arizona, Oakland, KC, Jacksonville all represent that.

If it is ownership here that continually interfers then.........why bother!!!
