Awesome!  A franchise that just can't seem to turn the corner...every time it appears they have arrived, a resounding thud soon follows. 

Not a good franchise back in the 80's.  Jerry Glanville back in the day gave them some style and flash, but not a lot of substance, to coincide with all the me first type players.
Dan Reeves was a solid coach, but a Marty Schottenheimer type that never got over the hump.  Mike Vick for all his abilities couldn't put together the full QB package that kids out of college are doing right away in the NFL now.
