Paul Tagliabue vacates all player penalties in New Orleans Saint

Former NFL Commissioner Paul Tagliabue made a drastic change in the New Orleans Saints bounty scandal as the NFL announced all suspensions and penalties for Saints linebacker Jonathan Vilma and defensive end Will Smith, along with former linebacker Scott Fujita and defensive lineman Anthony Hargrove have been vacated.

What they're saying is that the NFL screwed up...but don't wanna make Goodell look like an ass....so they decided to vacate the suspensions and use some excuse as to why...

They said no and still blame the organization for misconduct. 

They site that the Organization still provided a culture for this activity and that the players participated in the pay-for-performance.  That pay-for-performance did celebrate big hits some of which could have resulted in injuries.
