Charles Johnson to have MRI

Ugh. The defense definitely suffered without him. Fingers crossed.

I hope it goes well, but even if it's a mild injury I don't know that I wouldn't give him the week off for the final push.

We need to, at the very least, split the last 6 games. That puts us at 10-6 and in good position for the WC.

We'll need CJ against the Jets and Saints, I'd be ok with a back up against Miami.

He's Week to Week with a sprained MCL.  We came out lucky with that diagnosis considering the circumstances.

Week to week?

I read day to day earlier.

I still wouldn't mind sitting him for this week. Play the young guys in his stead and get CJ ready for the final push.

I also read the week to week report. I hope that he can play soon, but rather have him out for a week or two and get healthy for the Saints games and the playoffs.

They are smart if they let him sit out Miami...and maybe TB! Any word on NFL considering fine for his "attacker?" Who also got a no penalty pass.

I'm not sure what happened to Frank Alexander but whatever it is it would be a good time to get over it.  That kid played like a starter last year and was only getting better.  Every since he got that stupid penalty that negated the big sack he has not been the same.

Frank has been pretty good, but I don't think he really played all that well.

Like Hardy, he's raw and a liability against the run as he tries to do too much and loses contain. He's a good rotational guy, but Addison and Horton have looked good too. We have a deep and talented bunch. Hopefully we can lock Hardy up and keep the starting four together for several years.
