Re: Pro Bowl Question?
I don't think so. I know he was still picked way down the food chain. Just not enough votes. I hope I am wrong, but I do not think so.

RE: Pro Bowl Question?
It's always a crock. Jeff Saturday get benched for sucking but makes it on name recognition. Pep was outplayed by both our DE's.
Keuchly lead the entire league in tackles...
Same as every year.

Re: Pro Bowl Question?
Its complete garbage with nothing to play for and a atrotious system for picking them. If the NFL wanted to really make something out of it they could.
1. Have players play for a charity of their choosing with the proceeds being tax deductible.
2. Move the game until after the season.
3. Create a charity system that is pay for play and something like an additional 25% for the winning team. It wouldn't be a "bounty" system because it would be based on legal plays that usually wins a game. Tackles, Pancake Blocks, and other defense stats and then "Fantasy Numbers" ( which would draw viewers and in turn advertisement revenue)

Re: Pro Bowl Question?
The game sucks and the voting is a joke, but I miss the competitions. Remember Jake winning the accuracy contest? They always had these crazy FG competitions with guys like Akers kicking over buildings and around camera towers. Make it fun.
Remove the game and make it a fan appreciation event. People would love it.
