Cam says no Panther job is safe -- not even his
When I asked Newton during his press conference Wednesday how he and the team will find motivation for the final month of another largely irrelevant season, the quarterback said: “First, personally, nothing’s in stone right now. We know what’s going on in this franchise, and we know that the head of the franchise [Panther owner Jerry Richardson] is in search of the formula to win.” Newton continued that theme by noting that the final month of the season will be heavily evaluated by whomever is doing the judging at that point (it’s unclear whether Rivera will be fired or not, but the team certainly will have a new GM).

Maybe they can trade Cam to the Seahawks for Russell Wilson, Marshawn Lynch, and a few draft picks.

Our problem isnt the QB. 60% of our losses if not more Cam was on the sideline watching. Cam isnt going any where he needs a OC that will run normal plays and a O-line that can protect. New Gm has his work cut out for him but QB isnt one of them.

You know Cam might offer Clausen as a trade for someone to keep him safe, and sound for 2013...I know what he's saying here, but he is not getting off that easy! He is staying with the ship, and just needs to stay in the wheelhouse!

No Cam isn't going anywhere yet but OT Gross,CB Gamble,LB Anderson, LB Beason & maybe Smith just might

Funny how we keep getting Steve Smith into the discussion, when trades are the issue, kepickle. His openly hostile attitude sometimes, is disconcerting, but at this stage he is still productive when he gets more than an occasional toss...and when he feels ostracized from the action, he eventually gets Cam's attention and all is good.
I regret that Beason is even an issue, because I saw him, and Davis, as a long term defensive duo. Lucky for us we found a fresh young replacement.
Clausen needs to find a happy home who can use talent and give this kid some solid coaching...he is wasted with us, and costs us a reasonable back up slot. He wants to start, might earn that one day, but not here IMHO.

I think the sigis fine until Cam takes that punk to the cleaners...then we'll have justification to see 'birdy getz a new one.
