You are not superman if you are 2-7,and bad coaching aside, Cam contributed in many ways to those losses. Cam needs to stop any celebrations untill he improves has a NFL QB!!!

  However, its a failing proposition on levels that have nothing to do with the employee's.  Again, the degree to which you don't understand that has a direct positive correlation with the flaws in your argument.
