Even though I can't stand hot weather, - let's just skip things in the middle & "fast forward" to early August.

Re: Upcoming NFL Schedule

Thanks for that Dok.  I was feeling kinda down.  Have had a great winter up here in the frozen trundra of New Hampsters but today its blowing snow and covering up my stack of wood.  The Pats lost the Superduper bowl,  as expected, Madonna sucked at halftime and the combine is a long way from exciting.   \\

April 26: First round of the 2012 NFL draft.
Sept 5:  2012 NFL regular season begins.

Now I have something to look forward to.

Life is good so lets all go camping, drink lots of beer and swat mosquitoes.

One we get past draft week then it gets real - we have some idea who the team will be.

Re: Upcoming NFL Schedule

Looks like players will start heading back to Boston at the end of the week - I've seen Ocho and Edelman both tweet that that they're getting ready to head back to Foxboro.

Gonna be real interesting to see how the WR situation sorts itself out. At this point I don't rule anything out.

I don't rule anything out either Dok. As much as I expect the Patriots to address defense and the OL line in the draft and maybe a running back I would not be shocked if they drafted a wide receiver.Looking forward to the draft..

Re: Upcoming NFL Schedule

I'd be amazed if they took a RB.

I expect them to take a WR in the 3rd or 4th (or later if they trade down). They have got to get younger at that position.

Latest rumors I see this morning is they're eyeing a couple of DE/OLB pass-rush types in the early rounds.
