Re: Romeo
No idea. The Pats need him back. I'm seeing rumors that the Saints may be interested in him.

Re: Romeo
I wonder sometimes if its BB's ego.The bottom line is that Patricia is useless.BB was doing his coach on the sidelines.BB needs to know he cant do everything.

Re: Romeo
There isn't the excuse of "no good DC's available" this year ... Spags, Romeo, and Mangina (yes, Mangina - BB brought Daboll back) are all out there out of work. Any would be a significant upgrade over Patricia. I understand the long-term view and all, but they have no more than 3 years before Brady quits and they need a defense that can take up the slack on those days Brady is having a bad hair day.

Re: Romeo
He left with a dynastic threesome man hug..... Genuinely happy. BB and him only praise each other that I've ever heard. From short clips I've watched he seems to still have a lot of fire burning in that belly. www.google.com/url?sa=t&source...EjKziLC261HzwhA

Re: Romeo
They need Romeo or Spags, or they need to give Pepper his chance. Pepper may not be as educated and naturally smart as Patricia, but he'll whip those kids into shape and call an aggressive game plan.

Re: Romeo
Per Adam Schefter: January 25, 2013 // Two defensive coaching candidates the Saints will consider adding to staff include Eric Mangini and Romeo Crennel, per league sources. It’s even possible the two could go together to New Orleans with one serving as defensive coordinator, sources said. When reached Friday about this possibility, Mangini said he has not been contacted by anybody from the Saints about any position. Mangini and Crennel worked on the same Patriots coaching staff that won three Super Bowls in New England. Saints have told people they plan to proceed with their defensive coordinator search slowly and there’s no rush to fill the position.

Re: Romeo
Latest word I see is that the Saints haven't officially contact Romeo - who's still being paid by KC for another two years (buyout clause).

Dok, how's this. We urge shannon harp to call him. Unfortunately I see excuses and yet again, no results. Like th comment on "having a bad hair day" .......... Personally I don't think he will last three more years. He is starting to show the same wear and tear that bledsoe did.
