What is relevant (and damning to the murder 2 charge) is that the evidence appears to be that Martin had Zimmerman pinned down and was beating the crap out of him long enough for Zimmerman to cry out about 16 times. 

I agree that Zimmerman should have been charged with something, but Murder 2 is outrageous under the known facts. Never mind that a number of "facts" have been reported by the MSM  that have proven to be false. Not coincidentally, every one of those misreported facts was consistent with a white racism narrative.  

Politically, by the way, Dershowitz is a life-long Democrat and there is no indication he has any personal stake in this case. He's also a highly respected expert in criminal law. More so, I'm confident, than anyone on BRO.

I mean do you even watch the news...the 9-11 call from zimmerman to cops the cops clearly states when zimmerman states hes following the person...Cop:we don't need you to do that.

Are you saying that because it became politized,that thats the reason so many people are fighting to prove Trayvon wasn't innocent of anything (from being a nice kid, to being a thug,to even bringing up he had weed in his system)?

People on this board and most comment sections on any news site kinda make it sound like,people are hoping zimmerman gets off just to show up Al sharpton or black people....one person i read actually said white people are gonna cheer like blacks did during O.J. and to me this is just me.
