How awesome would it be if Caldwell could still lure Roman to come as the O.C.?
I doubt it could happen,he has a good chance of being a H.C. this year....or maybe next.
But maybe, just maybe,he wants to work with Caldwell bad enough he's willing to make a lateral move.
Caldwell-Bradley-Roman would be amazing!

Roman won't leave to come to Jacksonville to be the O.C. Roman will be a head coach for another team sooner rather than later. I'am very interested to see what O.C. we hire, because we need a good one. Its interesting that Jacksonville was the only team to hire a defensive minded head coach this offseason. Bradley will be introduced on Friday so it will be interesting to hear what he has to say. Also I believe that Bradley runs a 4-3 defense so its highly unlikely that we will switch to the 3-4 next year.

I couldn't access your link for some reason Padre, but check the clip out at the bottom of this article, I hope it's not the same as your's.  Dude is all about "doing your job" properly hahaha. Not like anyone has done their job properly in Jax in a long time, so hell yea I'm all for it

And if I havent done any research on it, but if I do remember correctly Seattle's base d is the 4-3, but they often ran a hybrid d that put a lot of 3-4 in play.  I may be wrong though

Tremendous article explaining Bradley's defense: http://www.bigcatcountry.com/2013/1/19/3890928/gus -bradley-defense-leo-position

As I thought, it seems to be a 4-3/3-4 hybrid and it is extremely complex
