Just kidding, no prize to the winner. But lets see who gets it right.
My guess, ordered as a depth chart
Thompson to IR, perhaps designated for return (if new on Pitta is bad)
Doss Cut, but perhaps brought back after week one if he doesn't find a new home (use him to do stashing magic on a guy like Melette, so he's not out there as teams create their final rosters.

If he will never be a starting-grade WR, I don't see us riding the project much longer despite how well he plays when called upon...we are looking for true NFL WRs.

I think tomorrow has a lot to do with what Happens to Mellette.
Does he show enough to make the roster? Or is he bad enough to stash on the practice squad?
Likewise, this is Doss's last chance. I think he'll see significant time with the starters - a final shot to get it together. I dont like his chances in there with Tyrod though. Struggling to separate from defenders isn't going to make you a primary target for a backup QB.

I can't see a situation where Laquan DOESN'T make the team.
We traded David Reed. We need special teams players, particularly gunners and guys on coverage, not necessarily returners.
I think you gotta pencil him in as # 6I think Brown and Mellette are cut from the same fabric / cast in similar mold, except its clear that Flacco likes and trusts Brown the most of the young bucks already. And he's a hands catcher, explosive, and fluid. Pencil him in at #4
I think its between Melette and Thompson, and whoever doesn't get the final spot gets IR'd, which makes Thompson the natural candidate for IR IMHO. Possibly designated for return.

SmithStokleyJonesBrown ThompsonWilliamsMellete gets "redshirted" on the PS. He is not NFL ready yet, but he shows a lot of potential as a "big body" receiver. Brown seems more polished and "NFL ready," and showed better with the 1's.LW is too valuable a ST teams player to let go, and he would have to be let go, right? Mellette can be stashed. Rosburg will lobby hard for LaQuan....
