A Steeler fan come in peace.
What a year you guys had, a great season just finish it by beating the 49ers. I rather the Ravens win and keep it in the AFC North.
I salute you for this great season, but the hate comes back after you complete your tasks. Good luck and do all us proud in the AFC North destroy those damn 49ers!!

Thank you wendell. Can't say I'd give the Steelers the same courtesy....but they've had enough success to last them a while.

Re: A Steeler fan come in peace.
Was standing in line at the grocery store today and in front of me where two Steeler fans who had run in to each other. They were both wearing their Steeler garb complete with one wearing a Super Bowl champion hat and looking very somber as they discussed the season that was.It was at one point when I thought they were about to cry on each others shoulder that one mentioned that he thought Troy Polamalu would not be back and the other said he hoped not.Wow,I thought I would never see the day that a Steeler fan was wishing Polamalu away. Man it was quite the sight, believe you me.They ended the conversation by agreeing that after next week when football season was over that it was time to focus on the Penguins.Yeah, have fun with that.

The steeler fan in my office wore a Ravens shirt on Purple Friday last week. I think there is some respect building here.

RE: A Steeler fan come in peace.
You have to look at it as a football fan. The AFC North would have two Super Bowl Champs that proves we have one of the best divisions/ Oh by the way the BROWNS will be a much improved team, the Bengals will be in the hunt as well. Exciting times ahead. No longer will it be the Steelers and Ravens it will be between all four teams. I love it that way, Hell I wish we still had the Jags and Titans in our division. Steel sharpens steel. Ravens will win the Super Bowl. You will be targeted, hell you will be targeted just because you are the AFC Champs. But to be world champs you get every team you play best game, thats 16 games that other teams want to knock off the champs we had three seasons like that and I think it takes it's toll.Look at the Packers great defense one of the best receiving corps and best qb, yet they fail after that one super bowl win. Its hard to get to the Super Bowl enjoy it man, take it all in. Stop. look around and really see the whole show. It took us 40 years to get there and 30 years after that. Enjoy it my AFC North brethren.

If we win, wouldnt it put AFCN at the top of the NFL with the division with the most SB championships?? Or would that belong to the NFCE?? I forget the count..

Thanks Wendell. You are one of the more objective Steeler fans out there. I've seen you post and your realistic. IanWhetStone is one of the reasons why I dislike the Steelers fan base so much. He can't give credit where credit is due. Flacco sucks, Reed gets luck INTs (61 lucky picks, eh?) and blah blah blah. Appreciate the well wishes and looking forward to some battles with your group next year!

I can't believe all of you are falling for this. The only reason Steeler fans want us to win is so that they can still claim they have more SB victories than any other team. If SF wins then both teams will have 6 SB titles. Don't be fooled.

Steeler fan. Love Pollard, Flacco has stepped up. Kluger, Boldin, some very solid play. Ray Rice. Harbaugh isn't the super douche I always thought he was. Just kind of clumsy with the handshake thing..and wining with class always. Super sack to promote Caldwell. Cements his NFL legend if you win the bowl. However...
Rooting hard for the Niner. Who cares if they get 6 Silver Rooney's. Watching Ray talk about God and destiny, 4 baby mamma's 6 kids, never married one of them..never lived with any of his kids....the biggest media ho in sports history. The crying, the preening. It's comical but also sadistic. Where's the white suit? The mink coat you wore? Other than HIM..your squad has shown sack.

I've never seen Ray fake an injury just to get attention and then on the next play run for a 1st down. If anyone is a media attention whore it would be Ben. With that said, I agree that Ray is over the top with his preaching, but I'm on religious so I'm not a fan of it. That's not to say it doesn't motivate the team

Yes Ben can be the drama queen with injuries..he just talks too much. He's played hurt too much and that has cost the team. I blame Tomlin more than Ben for playing him. Ngata tore his face off(no flag) and he nutted up to win that game in Baltimore. I just have to imagine more than 50% of the Ravens fans will be glad to see Ray go....the guy is tiresome. Birk, Reed, Bolden, etc, guys playing their last games will be snubbed because it's all about Ray.
It's a shame about Ray...not a good man.

Wow, I came on this board today just to see what other Ravens' fans are thinking about the huge game OUR team will be playing on Sunday, and then I read what this douche nozzle is spewing forth. Why the hell are you posting here? You got to watch some of your saintly Stoolers in the Pro Bowl, didn't you? That must have been a real treat a$$hole! Why don't you get your jealous a$$ off our board, and hang out with posters of your new favorite team, the niners Wait a minute, Ian is that you?

I think the circumstances are a bit different though..he was never charged. Still have heard a few second hand accounts from friends...Ben is a prick. the gal in question in GA..blew a 2.1....no excuses though. Ray = Involved in a terrible situation back in Atlanta and for the last 13 years has been a leader and role model to other NFL players, local and national HS athletes and multiple communities throught the US.
Big Jen = Has been accused MULTIPLE times from HS, College and the pros of sexual impropriety towards women.

So what if he never married any of his babies' mamas. By all accounts he takes care of those kids. If he never chose to marry them, that's his business. But that doesn't make him a bad man. Maybe the woman wasn't right for him. None of us know his situation to judge him based off that. Just a FYI, I can guarantee you Ray Lewis is not the first man to get a woman pregnant and not marry her. IronMeNow wrote:

The stooler fans go into hiding for over a month, and NOW, this week, less than a week before the Ravens play in the Super Bowl, they come out of the woodwork like cockroaches and dredge up a 13 year old event, thats long been tried in court, the facts were presented, and the jury has ruled..
What a coincidence.. What bitter bitter fools they are..
