Obama rated 4th Best President

Obama rated 4th Best President

A recent poll had Obama was listed as the 4th best President since WWII, only behind Reagan, Clinton and JFK.

In an era where the majority population is scared shatless about losing their grip on the western world, an American of African descent, muslim-sounding name has risen to the annals of greatness already and his 2nd term isn't even up.  In an era of big money fueling Tea Patty Amygdala spasms and the purging of ugly covert racism, Obama swings for the fences and knocks it out of the park.  Following the misery of "Dubbs", Obama sits at 4.

What a record: Universal healthcare, marriage equality, complete change of a decade of miserably failed foreign policy, significant climate change legislation and preventing the complete collapse of the American economy, can we have a hail to the chief?

Nah...that's not a pickle in my pocket.

or the 4th best according to your USAToday survey.  lol

Only you would post such nonsense.  i just love the science of a connie.  Nothing better than posting a survey which simultaneously has Obama as 4th best and worst.  rolleyes

Dreamy bringing the facts!

Most of his low information followers probably don't know more than 4 presidents.

Among those polled Eisenhower was rated as the third best brand of kitchen appliances behind GE and LG.

A classic galy post. Can't see the facts,

A poll that included 40% more dems than republicans and it still has Obama as the worst president

Worst president ever. The science has been settled

Obama: Economist in Chief

I am wondering: Can the guy walk on water?  Is there a way we can get this guy a third term?

  • The official unemployment rate fell to 6.1 percent, the lowest since September 2008.
  • June marks 52 straight months of private sector job growth, the longest ever on record, beating out Bill Clinton's record of 51 continuous months of private sector job growth from February 1996 to April 2000
  • The better-than-expected number marked the fifth month in a row that more than 200,000 new jobs have been
  • created, something that hasn't happened since 1999.
  • In the first half of this year alone the economy has added 1.4 million jobs, another accomplishment not seen since 1999.
  • The number of jobs originally reported in May was revised from 217,000 to 224,000, and in April from 282,000 to 304,000.

So delusional. It's sad

It doesn't take much intelligence to look past the headlines and actually read the jobs report

288,000 new jobs. 275,000 were part time low paying. 13,000 were full time jobs
We also lost 111,000 from the labor force in June.

Gas prices have gone from $1.81/ gallon to almost $4.00

I am in ocean city for the week.. The weather has been perfect all week. Sunny and warm. But the town is about half full. This shoutd be the busiest week of the year and the town is empty. Driving down coastal highway, looking don each street, and half of the parking spaces are empty. I have been coming to this town for 30 years. I lived here for a few. I have never seen it so empty. The economy sucks people are being forced into part time jobs because of obamcare. Cost of everything is skyrocketing but income has not increased in over 6 years

No wage growth in over 6 years and galy thinks the economy is good. Kind of scary to see what liberals think I good

Wow, Reagan had 35% of the vote for the best POTUS, compared to Obama's 8%. Ouch!  That must sting at the core of Galen's bleeding heart.

I have been going for over 30 years. Not sure what you are getting at with that comment. In the summer, oc is the largest city in maryland, so usually lots of people go

What was your point? Are you too good for ocean city?
Is it bad to go to the beach and enjoy yourself?

Walk on water? I don't think this guy can walk and chew gum at the same time...

Is there a way we can get this guy a third term?

Let him continue to undermine the constitution and he'll become the tyrant you want...

Re: Obama: Economist in Chief

Galen, is it purely coincidental that unemployment drops over the same 6 month period as the unemployment benefits were not extended?

It would seem obvious that a whole lot of human beings will not seek employment until they have to, but you will of course deny human nature.

This means we could have achieved the same result 5 years ago, but that was never the goal. The goal of Lefty was, is, and always will be having more people dependent on government, and therefore more Democrat voters, and an ever expanding "social" istic state.

Your headline is "Obama Lowers Unemployment," not "Unemployment Drops: Republicans Refuse to Extent Unemployment Benefits"

Keep spinning your messianic tales................

That required a lot of reluctant Democrat crossover.................

I wonder how many Republicans are in Obama's 8%???    rolleyes

Sure.  Amend the Constitution and he can serve as many terms as you would like.  Better yet, just have him ignore and sidestep the Constitution - he's been doing it for 5 and a half years, why should running for a third term be any different?

The real unemployment rate, of course, remains in the double-digits - where it has been during this man's entire administration.  For women, it's even higher.  For the young, even higher.  And for blacks... wow, out of this world.  Anyone who believes that the real unemployment rate is 6.1% has probably also a drawer full of deeds to oceanfront property in Nebraska.

Unfortunately, the jobs market is still about as limp as the President's wrist for those of us here in the real world.  But keep reporting those numbers from Wonderland, Alice.

Hey, the report was wrong, it was well over 700,000 jobs created last month, PART-TIME JOBS THAT IS. Meanwhile over 500,000 full time jobs lost, so the net job creation was all part-time. I'm surprised the guy can walk on solid ground.

799,000 part time jobs created.
523,000 full time jobs lost.

Galen is putting us on in this thread, has to be.  This administration is limping and barely moving now and anything substantive Obama does will be struck down by the SC unless he has Congressional approval.  He is a lame duck before the mid-terms.  He will be a dead duck after.  He is done, though the damage done is significant and if we ever recover it will take decades.

Fireworks were great tonight in OC! From friends condo, I could see the inlet, to north side park, to Secrates' firesworks. Fireworks delayed because of hurricane...

Route 26 into Bethaney beach was backed up past Ocean View and beyond! Glad I got here late Thursday!

Everyones here and their sister, so to speak! And when you have a job, work hard and don't live off government welfare you can do those kind of things... Hard to do with welfare check Gal, but please tell us how everyone is doing well because some of us can still afford to take a vacation... We can't wait to hear more BS!

Trafic sucks...

Unfortunately, no, Greg.  Look what is happening down at the border for an example.  Congress can pass laws, courts can make rulings - but only the President can enforce any of it.  The only power the other two branches have to stop a runaway President who believes s/he is above the law is to remove him/her from office - and that isn't going to happen.
