The Texans need depth in the secondary.

The Texans need playmakers at wideout.

The Texans need a QB with a killer instinct.

Schuab is a good QB who always seems to throw the bad pick at the worst possible time. The team doesn't seem to rally around him.

To be perfectly honest the Texans need a new coach.

I am a huge Kubs fan from way back in his playing days at A&M, but I can't help but think that the Texans are maxed out under him. I don't see them getting to that next level.

Maybe give him one more season to see what happens, but if the team looks the same then see what else is out there.

Maybe it was the injuries that derailed the season and if so then give him a shot to prove it, but the end of this season has left a bad taste in most Texans fans mouths.

Kubiak isn't going anywhere though and neither is Schaub.
Bob McNair thinks the world of Kubiak and Kubiak is committed to Schaub....

I had high hopes for Posey becoming a solid #2 receiver.
He came on late in the year and in the 2 Playoff games.
Too bad he tore his Achilles when the game was out of reach.
He'll probably miss all of next season and who knows how he'll come back
physically....
Somehow, someway, we need to find an upgrade to Kevin Walter opposite Dre.

I think the injuries to the inside LB spots really hurt us, especially losing Cushing.
Cushing, Dobbins, and Sharpton all on IR to end the year.
We were down to starting Barrett Ruud and Brady James at the inside LB spots.
Neither should be starting on an NFL roster at this point in their careers.
We have to have quality depth there.

In the secondary, losing Brice McCain was big because that put Brandon Harris as the nickle CB.
He was bad.
Every time you looked up it was #26 burned or called for a penalty.
We definitely need depth at all of the secondary spots.

Right tackle.
Derek Newton didn't play well.
He's young, maybe he'll get better.....

Lastly we didn't get enough out of Barwin or Reed at OLB.
Somebody besides Watt and Smith has got to put pressure on the qb consistently.
Mercilus rushed the qb pretty well but still needs to learn to be a complete LB.
He didn't hold up very well against the run....
