With multiple sources confirming Kansas City could be out of the DeSean Jackson sweepstakes, the receiver position for the Chiefs is going to be one to watch closely in the NFL Draft.

Depends on who is available, a cant miss receiver the Chiefs rate first on the Board AFTER defense. The PO game exposed the Def. This is priority imo.

A first round receiver is the number one bust potential of all positions in the draft. Plus it usually takes at least two years before production at that time a lot of key players will be on the downside and need replacing. If your plans are to build through the draft then why give up two second round picks for a quarterback in his prime. That makes no sense at all. This franchise is bipolar.

Except for Keenan Allen. Or AJ Green. Or any number of other receivers who made an impact the first year. Hmm, maybe like Randall Cobb?
