During the AFC Coaches Breakfast at the NFL Owners meetings in Orlando this week, Kansas City Chiefs head coach, Andy Reid, sat down and answered quite a few questions during a Q&A session with the media.

Fisher is gonna be a stud. I think that getting back to playing LT is gonna be huge for him. He will be much more comfortable in his footwork, and has had a season now to bulk up.

Albert is no Willie Roaf...shoes aren't that big to fill. Last season proved we had the players to play when Albert went down. We'll be fine when the season starts

He doesn't have very big shoes to fill. Albert was productive and progressing every year but I didn't really like him in the new scheme. He was very good in terms of numbers and when compared to the rest of our crappy line he looked very good but I don't think he's elite.

Fisher will go to the Pro Bowl many, many times. He is athletic and long. He is a hard worker and will get strong with a real S&C program. He has a mean streak and he's tough. He was the best pick in a weak draft.

Fisher will need love from every one this next season. I believe he has all the tools, nows the time to build.
If he stays upright for 14? games we have a winner.

Gonna miss BA though.....appreciated all he gave with KC, and I do believe this was the best timing to part ways and re-load LT with some youth.  Real curious on what type of adjustment Fisher will have to go through after living at LT, then to RT, and now back to LT.  I'm hoping it's the old "just like riding a bicycle" situation.....  Best of luck to him.

According to Mel Kiper over on Profootball talk.com he said that if Fisher were in this years draft he would be the 4th tackle off the board. After watching him last season all I can say is he has a long ways to go.

No question Fisher was more raw than the usual first overall pick. Very clear when we drafted him too that he was capable (and needed) of adding 20 pounds. I think when he does and gets his technique cleaned up, this will be a LT as good as any in this draft. I think its just going to take him longer to get there.

Who is going to be the leader of the O-line? Hudson, Allen, Stephenson are the "veterans"... eek. Fisher needs to be a leader in the locker room and he needs to stay on the field. I just hope that he doesn't miss games like he did his rookie season.

Fisher - Allen - Hudson - (?) - Stephenson

with a ton of questions at the depth. To be honest I am not very happy with the OL right now and I hope to see a veteran come in.
