OT: 12 Dead, 31 Wounded in Shootings at Fort Hood in Texas
DEVELOPING: A shooting at Fort Hood military post in Texas left 12 dead, including the shooter and as many as 31 wounded Thursday, the Army said. He graduated from Virginia Tech, where he was a member of the ROTC and earned a bachelor's degree in biochemistry in 1997. He received his medical degree from the military's Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Md., in 2001. A senior administration official told NBC News that the shootings could have been a criminal matter rather than a terrorism-related attack and that there was no intelligence to suggest a plot against Fort Hood. Military and local hospital officials said the victims were a mixture of men and women, military and civilian. At least one of those killed was a civilian police officer, Cone said. was there really any doubt it was a muslim? seriously I hate to pick at an ethnicity but why do these people create more havoc than any other race/religion and ethnicity? All they do it try to make peoples lives as ****** as theirs is.
