Thoughts on Incognito as Cowboy (report now say coaches invol )

Thoughts on Incognito as Cowboy (report now say coaches invol )

Just wondering how would poster feel about the Cowboys taking a look at him for rest of season( if he's not suspened ). Lets face it, we need a G and he's graded out as a top 13.
Now it's no secret he's #1 certified as@hole and has a long history of issues. But sometime a person have hit with a 2x4 to "get it". This is where I think he at with his career on the line. We've seen some strange issues get 2nd chances in the NFL. This is no different. Besides I strongly trust our lockroom vets ( Ware, Jason, Free, Carr, Lee ) would keep him in check.

One NFL personnel man told USA Today's Tom Pelissero that Richie Incognito's career is likely over.
Incognito bullied Dolphins OT Jonathan Martin to the point that he essentially had a mental meltdown and left the team.  "Lol," the personnel man replied when asked by Pelissero whether Incognito will be claimed off waivers.  "I think he can file his retirement papers."  Incognito graded out as a top-13 guard in Pro Football Focus' ratings, so his loss is a concern on the field.

Report: LG Incognito 'done' with the Dolphins

A "ranking club source" tells the Miami Herald LG Richie Incognito is "done" with the Dolphins.

"There are procedures in place and everyone wants to be fair," the source said. "But from a club perspective he'll never play another game here." The Herald reports Incognito is planning to defend himself in a "robust manner," but it's not going to matter. The Dolphins are tired of Incognito's antics, which appear to have gone well beyond "antics" with Jonathan Martin. Now on the wrong side of 30 and a volatile personality going back to his days at Nebraska, it's quite possible Incognito's career is through, as well.

I thought he was a Center, which we definitely DON'T need.

Look on my works, ye mighty, and despair!!!

besides the fact he will be suspended and could even face criminal charges, i would'nt touch him with a ten foot pole. his talent aside the guy is trouble. he has been trouble his whole career and we don't need that disruption on this team
i think he is done in the nfl

I don't think any NFL team touches this guy.  His career is over.

While I don't think he is exactly unique in being a disturbed racist craphead, he is way too high profile in a toxic way for anyone to bother taking a risk on.

The Dallas Cowboys have enough problems already in terms of trying to be a team and do not need a racist POS like Incognito on the roster tearing apart the locker room.

I understand totally but sometimes a person hit rock bottom. People can change......and like I said, we only be looking at 6/7 games. No ones questioning his talent.

We may need a G, but we dont need the media circus that would ensue for the rest of the season. Not a distraction we need while trying to make a push for the playoffs. In this case, one teams trash would not be another teams treasure.

Is this a joke? No one is going to sign this guy, at least not anytime soon. If he goes to some kind of "rehab" or something, maybe, but even then I doubt it. He's probably done for good.

He has always been like this and has been on several teams and they all couldn't wait to get rid of him.  He isn't changing.

I have seen comments from NFL and media wondering why this wasn't handle in the locker room. In fact, it make you question the leadership in Dolph locker room. That would not be problem here. When you look at Vicks, Stallworth, Moss just to name a few who got 2nd chances to redeem their careers. IF he got treatment and stood before his future teammates and promise to be a better person ............I would consider it.

No joke dude (LOL) ....we need a G, bad and he's good. Forgive me for going a little Jimmy Johnson on this (remember ask one question "can he play"). Hell this bring me Charles Haley....similarities maybe?
