You get 'em, bro. Keep inflating that self-importance balloon.

Follow Randy Galloway into retirement.  Play shuffleboard together, compare dentures and drone on incessantly about big bad Jerry.

We shouldn't pick on ST like this, he's an example of what happens when a lobotomy goes horribly wrong...

Quincy was a reach but not absolutely terrible.  Williams-WR was a huge mistake.  So was Galloway. But adding a 2nd rounder to this list when 2 1sts were moved for Joey and I can't remember how many for Williams is apples to oranges.

Greg Ellis over Randy Moss will always be his 2nd biggest mistake.

Not kissing Jerry's ass and making him a lifer at Valley Ranch is easily #1.

Every team passed on Tom Brady, and Romo.

They KNEW from the scouts that Q might have a drug problem. Still took him in the second.  So YES it was terrible.

Re: Some of the epic misses by Jerry as GM over the years

No GM keeps his job this long with Jerry's track record. No NFL team would hire Jerry Jones to be their GM.

Why some of you continue to defend him is beyond me. Is it just because we can't fire him? We all know that. It's not a reason to keep defending his job performance.
