There isn't any excuse for whoever reps a starting QB or running back, but if you've got a reserve OG, that's hard. O-line guys are a lot harder IMO. Random thoughts:

1) I personally don't like the idea of "rep thread" all that much. I prefer the separate threads for players when they are getting repped.

2) What would it be like if we threw coaches into the draft too? They're part of the team as well. Not sure I'd want to draft one, but lotsa guys seem to have opinions on the coaches and I think it would be interesting to read some reppin' on what kind of game the D-cooridnator called, how the O-line did as a unit, etc.
