RE: Bleacher report predicting
Don't think he'll get quite that many if he is playing on the inside. Although I do see him getting quite a few snaps, especially later in the season.

He's not going to be playing inside any more often than Tuitt or Day, People have this misconception that he is a replacement for Louis Nix, but he's not. He's the next Tuitt, not the next Nix. Jarron Jones is the next Nix.

+100. Darth Vander could very well get 8.5 or more sacks this year. He keeps a low pad level which will help him dominate against tackles, add in his speed and athleticism and you end up with a guy that is part Tuitt, part Nix. SeattleNDfan wrote:

Jarron Jones is the next Nix. i think he can but i dont think he will. I think early on his number one job will be to stuff the run and not worry about sacks. But i dont see why he wouldnt be able to pickup a handful.

RE: Bleacher report predicting
why do you say that? i thought that he was recruited to play dt. has kelly said that his plan is to move him to end? and i feel like i've heard different things about jones. i thought, early on, that i'd heard something about jones moving to dt, but since then, i've only heard that he's playing end. please tell us your secrets, seattle. RE: Bleacher report predicting
Vanderdoes wants to be an end, and if any coaching staff had been intent on playing him at DT only, he would have dropped that school. ND sold him on playing all over the place in their scheme, ala Tuitt. shaunzo wrote: why do you say that? i thought that he was recruited to play dt. has kelly said that his plan is to move him to end?

RE: Bleacher report predicting
Last I heard on Jones was, completely unblockable, but not in shape to go all out more than two plays in a row, but that was at the end of fall camp. No plans as far as I known for him to move to offensive line as of yet. Exact report we got on Nix at the comparable point in their developments.
