Coach Elliott
Is there any news on his condition? Was the kidney transplant a success?
A "Good and decent man", I am sure that the prayers and good thoughts
of the ND family are with him and his family.

His surgery was a success and he's resting comfortably. The doctor expects a complete recovery.

Great news. Coach Elliott did awesome this year and I think our safeties/defensive backfield are going to continue to improve with him as their coach. Our defense is going to be pretty nasty for the next few years, we have to keep this defensive staff together for as long as we can.
