I wish EV was a Bruin, but you got a good kid
He really handled the entire recruiting circus in a way that can be respected and admired, and I think it reflects on the kind of kid he is.
When he didn't feel he was committed to USC anymore, he publicly said so. He said he didn't want to be the kind of kid who flipped at the last minute, and left the disappointed coaches hanging.
He took the visits he wanted to take, and he made time for all the coaches to give it there best shot. He was never disengenuous or deceitful in claiming one school or another was his "leader", and he made a carefully thought out decision which he could explain.
So, good for him, and good for ND.
At least I get to watch him smack around USC QBs still.

we beat you guys for vanderdoes but you got fitts hollins and willis. so we are all winners now lets give the trojans 2 losses evey year guys and well see you on the trail next year. this wont be the last time we see each other

I'd still rather have SC's only loss of the season come against us, so I can't return the beat SC notion. I will, however congratulate you on a good class! I really wouldn't mind UCLA being decent year-in, year-out. We might even schedule another series with you if it keeps up. Which is fine with me, another game that I would be able to attend since I'm now on the West Side.
