I laughed as soon as I read the thread title. Anybody who thinks there's a single clean program when it comes to PED use or that there's only an occasional "cheater" has no idea of what really goes in to developing college and professional football teams. And if that's the case, ignorance is bliss. Otherwise it's far too easy to become disillusioned with the whole thing.
