that's true Doc, but I wouldn't put it past Bammer.  Wouldn't be surprised.  their RBs are the size of 5 star LBs.

I don't know why this board has this misconception about the size of Alabama running backs. I posted in another thread the fact that Lacy and Yeldon are 6'0" 220 and 6' 2" 215 respectively. A far far distance from the 250 +/- of big time FBS linebackers.

I don't know where you and others here got this notion that our RB's are huge, they are not. Maybe it was just the way they played that made everyone assume they are bigger than they really are. They are freaky strong and deceptively fast, so maybe that was it.

Lacy looked twice as big as Manti.... then again those holds were twice as big as Manti too, and yes i said H-O-L-D-S, not holes.

I don't believe he is six foot tall, yea Eddie Lacy is a big guy but he is smaller now than his Red shirt year, watch that michigan state game, he was a monster, no sparty player wanted to hit him. Eddie is much bigger than Trich really, Eddie is a big man.
