You can start a linked Youtube video anywhere within it's duration that you want to.

Simply add #t=AhBmCs to the end of the link, where A is the hours, B minutes and C seconds in 00 format, meaning 4 seconds would be written as 04 seconds. If no hours involved, omit the Ah part. 

Here's a sample Youtube link.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4BgW7QOO2BY

So for that link, to timecode it to start playing at 15 minutes and 4 seconds in, it would be:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4BgW7QOO2BY#t=15m04s

If you paste a link and it appears like this,

click and drag your cursor over to highlight it.  Copy and click the link (chain) icon under this guy eek1.

Paste into the field "Link URL" and press insert.
