Im liking this recruiting class  (1 vote)
The OLine is coming together nicely. If we (yes, im a Marshall grad) can pull off the JC players from AZ (Ambles, Hunter) and also get Finnin, this class will be real legit. Anyone know who the most likely next commits will be? Sugar, Fiesta, Orange Bowl Champs

Also, I read on another board, that Ambles won't be here. But, I guess, there's still hope for Hunter.

about recruits visiting this weekend. Wouldn't the coaching staff rather have them in and wouldn't they rather come on Home football weekends?
Not much going on in Huntington this weekend.

Yea Home football.. A home football game weekend. Isn't that a better time to visit? Why wait so late to show case your program when nothing is going on?

No, not at all. Signing day isnt until Feb 6th. Visit in November, then the kid visits four more places over the winter, who is he going to remember more?
Most players take unofficial visits during football season, then use their officials in January, taking one each week. We have one more weekend of official visitors.

I can tell you the best recruiting weekends occur away from the official stuff.
