If the Big East replaces SDSU with Tulsa, I expect C-USA to call up New Mexico St., would keep East-West balance.

I sure hope not.. Go for the best team out there. Not just a location.

Bring in WKU and move Southern Miss to the WEST

Or bring in Arkansas State to replace Tulsa in the WEST.

NMSU just makes C-USA a worse league.

NMSU would be an absolutely awful pick. They would bring literally nothing to C-USA except someone to hang out with UTEP. As far as I'm concerned, give UTEP to the MWC.

What C-USA is doing is weakening the league hoping to get an undefeated team and that spot in the BCS. but they are killing our strength of schedule. A one lose Boise from the Mountain West or a one lose team from the BE would be ranked higher than an undefeated team from C-USA.

Wait till we have to negotiate a new TV contract. It wont be close to the current one. When this league first expanded what moves did they make? ODU, UNCC, & UTSA. They left WKU, MTS on the shelf. WKU is was one of the top options out there and we still have not picked them up yet.. They have done little to sure up this league. They are now driving schools out of it by the teams that were added. ECU and Tulsa doesn't want to be associated with the league anymore. And anyone else that would get an invite anywhere will leave.

Thats good. but it would surprise me by other moves all ready made.

You lose 4 schools to the BE and you counter by taking ODU, UNCC (doesn't even have a football program) and UTSA.. La Tech was good but NT and FIU was on location not making the league better.

I would think if you were going to raid the Sun Belt you would take the best teams available.

Wouldn't we be just as well off to grab the remaining East teams (including MTSU), and maybe snag UCF and ECU from that dying fiasco and make something new work.

That would be great but wont happen..

But I don't see the BE as a dying fiasco. if anything C-USA is the one dying. The BE is in about as good of shape as the MWC.

I am surprised he was able to form his own opinion in between stealing info from other boards and placing it on his site.
