Doesn't UCF hold the tie breaker?

UAB is not going to beat UCF in Orlando. UCF's D is not as bad as ours.

Yep you are right.. Whoever has the best record.. It has been played 4 times at East stadiums and 3 times at West. Tulsa and UCF has been the most with both 3 times each.
