It's Not over, Maryland and Rutgers to the Big Ten? Post Rating (1 vote)

Wow, if this happens who does the Big East replace Rutgers with? East Carolina?

Then they are saying if that happens Yukon would replace Maryland in the ACC.  So two open spots in the BE. Who would be next? plus now that we know The BE is on the same ground as C-USA, MAC, Mountain West and Sun Belt.. 

If I was the Big Ten I would add THE MARSHALL UNIVERSITY but thats me.

ECU will be the obvious choice. I'd say they would then go after a western school. We aren't likely to get a sniff this time either.

If just one goes, then I would think they would go West, so they move Temple back to the East. Tulsa and UTEP would seem to be possible logical choices

You it will have to be two if Rutgers goes to the Big Ten and Yukon to the ACC.

Probably agree with Tulsa but not sure about UTEP. What about bYu? or Fresno State? Temple has to be put in the EAST..

Ultimate slap in the Face would be if they took a MAC school.

Temple is back to being Temple but they got Temple basketball right? Thats what they wanted.

... and I still don't think that they made a smart choice by taking Temple.  Their football is ... well we're talking about Temple, so I'll leave it at that.  But with Villins@nova they already had the Philly market.  Also, it is not like Temple was tearing up the MAC or Atlantic 10 either in the past 10 years.
