In all seriousness, I don't think it'll be a big crowd at all. I'm guessing around 15,000-16,000.

Been around for awhile, and today I am going to go against logic.
The weather this week will be awful. But Saturday (as of now) is calling for sunny and 50s in Huntington. Yes I know we are coming off a horrible loss. I know we had little crowd Saturday night. But I believe we will have a better crowd than expected on Saturday. I know many will say I am wrong, but something just tells me we will be alright in that department.

Someone called "College Football Wrap up" Saturday evening and said he was done. He has missed so much over the years and was going to start living now. He was done with Marshall University..
That guy wont be there..

LOL, missed so much?  6 games a year (and I am so sad because I have to miss the last one for a conference, so 5).... 6 days to spend with your family, eating good food, sharing some libations, and cheering on your alma mater. WTF is wrong with people? |

That guy wont be there.. I'll be there to take his place. I'll be wearing blue & gray though - hope ya'll don't mind. Jokes aside, I am looking forward to my first visit to Huntington and Marshall and a good game. Don't worry about the quitter - every school has some of those: poor attitude and/or lack of character, I suppose. I say a bad day of college football beats a good day of most anything else. |

Glad you are coming Tiger. Enjoy Huntington. It's a fun college town. Stop my our tailgate if you want. We are in spot 288 in the West lot which is the main lot at the stadium. We always welcome visiting fans and you will have a good time. I'm also sure Aaron wouldn't mind if you stop by his tailgate and have some Thunder Punch.

That's mighty hospitable of you, and I might just do that, but I will have 3 others with me (wife, #1 son and #1 grandson), and would not want to strain your supplies. Marshall fans have a great reputation in Tiger Nation for having friendly fans - that's certainly the way it should for college sports. I have been meaning to travel there for years, and am glad to finally see it. May we have a great football game with NO INJURIES!
