3-3 Teams

We are in good company.

Which 3-3 teams will end up winning their division, if any, and why?

NY Jets
NE Patriots
Miami Dolphins
Cincinnati Bengals
Denver Broncos
San Diego Chargers
Philadelphia Eagles
Washington Redskins
St. Louis Rams

You might be right Sad_310.gif

What in the heck is wrong with the Patriots though? I think they'll win the division, but I don't get it. They seemingly have everything a team needs to win.

Re: 3-3 Teams

Agreed. Both have huge upside potential. If the Pats can play like they did against the Donks, skys the limit. If the Donks can play for a whole game like it's the 4th qtr., look out. Don't sleep on the Eagles. Vick will go down with Reid, but I don't believe Reid will go down with Vick. I believe Vick is on a short leash. Soon we may see Foles....hell if Foles had been in all year as a game manager, no way of telling but maybe 5-1.

Re: 3-3 Teams

The Chargers need quality wins against top talent or must win game situations, to give them confidence.

They haven't been able to really get over that hump in a long, long time.

Record is meaningless until the Chargers can rack up a few.

I sincerely hope for a change when the bye week is over. I try to be honest with my predictions, it's hard when you are a fan, I would love to say every week that the Chargers are going to win, and I would if Norv wasn't the coach and some personnel changes on the roster, but in all sincerity, it's just another wasted season.

Re: 3-3 Teams

I'm going out on a limb and say the Dolphins win their divison. They have a young QB who seems to improve week to week. Reggie Bush is finally living up to his first round status. The wide reciever core isn't much, but they may have found themselves a reliable target in Brian Hartline and Reggie Bush is threat to take it the distance coming out of the backfield as a reciever. They have an elite left tackle and solid offensive O-line overall. Their Defensive line is one the best in the league with Jarrid Odrik, Paul Soliai, Randy Starks, and Cameron Wake. Their LB core is solid with Kevin Burnett, Koa Misi, and Karlos Dansby. The Obvious weakness to the team is the secondary ranking in the bottom in the leaque in most of the categories, but they're young and have the potential to get better. The coaching staff must believe in them seeing as they gave up their top corner to the Colts. I also saw on NFL Playbook that the Patriots rely more on the run now to setup the pass, using play action to get the ball down field. I believe the Dolphins have the defensive line to stop the run and make them one dimensional putting all their attention to the pass. The Dolphins have the offense to make this a time possesion battle and take possesions away brady and make it a close game. I think the Dolphins will make enough plays to win head on. They have three losse, one blowout loss to the Texans the other two were too the Jets and Cardinals by a combined six points. This Team has the potential to shock people and upset the Patriots as the AFC East Champions.
