List Of Available Free Agent Wide Receivers....

Here's a list of available free agent wide receivers.

Something is amiss with Royal and Meachem.

Why not bring in a guy or two during the two week bye and see if any of them have some chemistry with Phil? Couldn't hurt.

Here's the list.... Anyone like any of these guys? Ajirotutu and Shipley off the top of my head...Ajirotutu because he already knows Rivers and Shipley because I think he can be a very good possession receiver and I feel he's just had some bad luck in the NFL so far.

Wide Receivers

1. Terrell Owens
2. Plaxico Burress
3. Chad Johnson
4. Danario Alexander
5. Donte' Stallworth
6. Mark Clayton
7. Adrian Arrington
8. Jordan Shipley
9. Big Mike Williams

10. Lee Evans
11. Mike Sims-Walker
12. Preston Parker
13. Blair White

14. Patrick Crayton
15. Legedu Naanee
16. Seyi Ajirotutu
17. Michael Clayton
18. Antonio Bryant
19. Carlton Mitchell
20. Patrick Turner

21. Deon Butler
22. Chad Hall
23. Brett Swain
24. Roberto Wallace
25. Anthony Gonzalez
26. Brian Robiskie
27. Naaman Roosevelt

28. Rashied Davis
29. Jerheme Urban

30. David Anderson

Bailing out on these guys this early is....we'll theres nothing nice I can say.

It all starts with the O-line, then Rivers, and of course Norv. Fix 1, 2, or all 3, and magically Meachem will start looking like a Pro Bowler. Thats how offense works, for the ball to get to the WR all the other pieces need to come together first.

I'd bring Seyi Ajirotutu back.  Rivers loved this guy as a deep target.

Make room by letting Goodman go.

What's the latest on Vincent Brown? Couldn't he be back practicing within a couple weeks?

We're Charger fans, just assume the worst.

Losing VJ was a terrible move but I really thought Meach and Royal would give us some sort of spark. Man, wtf?

I just dont see big playmaker, clutch on that list Honk. Thats what we need. Oh, and a OC that sticks with the plan for 4 quarters.

Point well taken Honk but can you show us the list for OT and CBs!!!  With Gaither out we have the two worst OTs in the NFL and we have an over the hill Jammer and a terrible Cason as our CBs.

As for the question, I'd like to have Lee Evans in for a look.

If we were going to add a WR who could make any kind of real impact for this team I would think it would need to be through a trade and if we are going to make a trade CB and OL should be ahead of WR.

No way in Hell KC will let us get Bowe.  I would love to have him if they are stupid enough

I could see Seattle and Kansas City making a trade possibly. Kansas City needs a QB, Matt Flynn is a back-up right now who could be a starter, Seattle can pick up another backup qb somewhere else...Seattle gets a legitimate threat. Both teams win....

Meh, what I think we really need is OL help. If Rivers got ample time back there, our WRs could get some more time to get open, and Rivers can find them. Our WRs aren't ideal, but I'm not sure they're a huge problem, relatively.
