Yes he is. And he made a decision at the end of last year that boggled the minds of the whole NFL industry. To be happy with the way the team finished an 8-8 season is a freakin joke and only a used care salesman even attempts that pitch.
The fact he hasnt said anything after that loss. Nothing about accountability, expectations, ANYTHING, well, tells me he isnt a good owner let alone a determined football team owner.
