We'll use this thread for all game-day discussion of the regular season finale between the Chargers and the rival Raiders.
Thanks!

Thanks! Well I really don't play Madden, never have, but if the Chargers lose today, I won't shed a tear, I'll tell you that. And knowing it could really help their draft selection, I would welcome a loss. Now, will I be cheering against them, NO! But....I want a top offensive lineman...but in all reality here, the Raiders are done! Put a fork in them, I can't see the Chargers losing today, but then again, it's the Chargers.

I agree with this 100%, all except the welcoming a loss part. I wouldn't put a fork in the Turds just yet. They match up well against us, and with Pryor, you don't know what you'll get. The Chargers are the more talented team as they showed in the 1st meeting, but we were helped by their long snapper issues. That game wasn't as close as the score, and when you can go into the Hole on opening weekend MNF and win well......I think DMC has a good game, around 110yds, but Pyror has a late TO and Bolts hang on 27-23.

Oh, yeah, if we lose, we lose, I'll take the higher draft pick, but I would never root for it like some idiots on this board. Chargerhonk wrote:

Re: Game-Day Dialogue: Chargers vs. Raiders
Pryor is horrible! He doesn't have a grasp of his own playbook.
If he honestly plays today, I see at least 2-3 picks....Chargers should roll in this one, especially if they can get an early lead.
Chargers 31
Raiders 10

Re: Game-Day Dialogue: Chargers vs. Raiders
Unless he's mobile. If he can run, we may be in trouble. With a win today the worst we pick is #13 and the highest is #10. Though even with a loss today we could STILL be picking #10. A lot would have to fall our way to get that #6. So my guess is a win or a loss today doesn't swing our draft pick much anyway. Go Chargers! Chargerhonk wrote: Pryor is horrible! Sounds good to me. We should be able to get a great O-lineman there. shoehater wrote: Unless he's mobile. If he can run, we may be in trouble.

I think Oakland's coaching incompetence will be the only thing that really impedes Pryor. The kid is the best athlete I've seen since Bo Jackson. He is an absolute freak.

Okay, Michael Spurlock is on the 2013 roster. Anyone disagree with that?

It's just amazing how much our special teams improved.
Our DC and ST coaches are keepers!
Two words: Offensive Line!

What was that two seconds to throw? Just hand the ball off the rest of the game Philip.

Awesome throw while taking that shot. Dont think it was roughing the passer but hate to see him hit like that in a meaningless game.

If there is ANY justice in this world, we will NEVER have to hear Clary's name again after today.

Spikes is done, folks. We have to find Butler another partner on the inside or switch to the 4-3 as Wally has suggested.
