NFL COMBINE - hogs question
Noticed Dennis Johnson wasn't at the NFL Combine. I am assuming he didn't get invited. Wondering why. Anyone know?

Re: NFL COMBINE - hogs question
I was watching a little of it and Chris Gragg had 18 bench presses at 225 lbs. among the tight ends. The best had 31. But..... Oregon St's defensive tackle Stephen Paea destroyed Mitch Petrus' 2010 record of 45 by pushing up the weight 49 times in under a minute.

I too was surprised that DJ wasn't invited to the Combine. However, with his overall skill set, there is no doubt in my mind that he has the ability to make an NFL roster.

Dude. Just don't reply if that's all you got. I know how to google. Honestly, 'google it' could be the reply to 80% of posts or questions on here.
The reasons people post on the HOG BOARD is to get insight from other Hog fans and talk about stuff with Hog fans. I couldn't find anything from google that 'made sense' and was hoping someone had inside info or heard something. Plus there's a difference of just googling it and talking about it on here with other Hog Fans.

Thanks 50. I hadn't read that. Interesting read. I'm shocked he didn't get invited. I guess Pro Day will be his big chance to impress. --------------------------------------------- --- over50hog wrote: sevenprez wrote: Noticed Dennis Johnson wasn't at the NFL Combine. --------------------------------------------- Ya and I'm sure he will do that!!!!!! I bet he ends up on a blue collar team like Baltimore, San Francisco, Pittsburgh, maybe even New England. I'm guessing he'll be on the board well into the mid to later rounds, so some team is going to get an absolute steal! Same thing if he's a rookie free agent, although I hope he gets at least a mid-round draft contract.

WOW. 49 times in under a minute. That is some seriously impressive bench pressing. LongtimeHogfan wrote: I was watching a little of it and Chris Gragg had 18 bench presses at 225 lbs. among the tight ends. The best had 31.
