I was pretty sure when we were down 4 with 38 seconds left, we had lost.
What grit and determination.
That's how you grow: pul out some tough fought wins against quality teams.

I like the direction we are headed. There was some energy in that building and on that court.
Our team is showing heart and passion.

Home Cookin!

'Home Cookin' didn't make the baskets or lock down on D. We had some effort tonight. It was a dog fight out there. We won it as much as we had home cookin.


But I know we had some calls go our way but to be fair, we have had several games on the road where the calls didn't go our way. So, there's that.

I got home home from work with 9 minutes left in the game and I thought Mizzou was getting most of the calls going their way. Should have been at least one technical call on them. Two more fouls in the act of shooting that weren't called. Take the win!!

Great effort by the Hogs. Hey! There was a couple of iffy calls but hey we are on the receiving end of those a ton on the road also. I thought for sure Pressey would take Haydar (SP?) to school down the stretch but damned if the little man didn't hold his own on D.

His best game as a Hog. He does need to stop rushing his shot. He rushed one today, when he was wide open. Then he took his time on the next one and nailed it. Kikko is the smartest player on the squad.

EVERY TIME! And BJ gets frustrated sometimes but he keeps at it and it pays off! Those last two baskets were huge!

I think he still got fouled before he traveled. Basket shouldn't have counted though. Also the incident with Qualls and the double foul. That was b.s. The Mizzou player was manhandling Qualls and should've gotten an offensive foul there IMO.

Live and die at the foul shot line, almost came back to haunt Hogs, missed a number in the last 10 minutes.
