Thank you for posting the link. This is exactly what we need to compete with Alabama, LSU and Texas A&M. I just hoping the young men see the way to the NFL through Arkansas with Coach Bielema.

The kid plays at West Monroe, Louisiana. One of the biggest LSU feeder schools out there. He may take a visit here or there but he is bound for LSU. Believe it.

Dude, your new sherriff has a #33 recruiting class and has never coached a game in the SEC. The kid we are talking about is a Louisiana kid from a pipeline school. In all fainess what could Arkansas possibly offer Robinson that would be better than what his home state school can offer him? Arkansas is at best rebuilding. LSU is a championship caliber program. Anyway, if you don't believe me that all he is doing is visiting then read it yourself. http://lsu.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1460611

Sure, betting money says the kid goes to LSU but no one on here gives a crap about what you have to say about it. At this point in the recruiting game, getting a kid from out of state to campus is the first big step. And give me a break on the recruiting ranking from this year. Coach B had six weeks to recruit after a train wreck of a year. Hold off until next year before passing judgement.

That's Laughable Right There
Two-horse race? All I saw in that link was a further link to his rivals page, which lists 11 schools in which he has "medium interest." We're only the #33 class in Scout's rankings (but higher in other rankings like Rivals and ESPiN) b/c we have six JUCOs. Look it up, the Scout ranking doesn't award points for JUCO commits. You'll notice (if you do your homework) that we beat out some pretty dang good programs for these JUCOs, too, including South Carolina, KSU, Wisky, etc. I'll admit that LSU has the upper hand in recruiting this kid. But I'll add that if CBB gets the kid on campus for visit, it's anybody's ball game, as was the case with Collins and Kirkland last week. You've gotta case that LSwho has the best shot at 'im, but don't come on here trying to blast us for a point made in an outside article, don't disrespect our recruiting class with your low football IQ and recruiting ignorance, and don't come back until you've went here and read up on some basics: LINKMillervilleTiger wrote:

hawgjaws wrote: isn't funny how the LSU fans are popping on here to tell us about our coach lately? He's got a legit argument at the moment and we will see if that changes or not. As for the pipeline comment, I would say the two young men from Miami that committed to Arkansas this year come from pipeline schools to The U also but circumstances often arise that changes where a young man or woman decides to spend the next 3 to 4 years of their life; Miami is experiencing that right now and it's primarily due to the violations of a booster, Nevin Shapiro and apparently a coach that looked the other way on infractions; we'll wait to see how all of that plays out in the national media. Miami's facilities are atrocious as commented on the Sports Animal here in OKC / Tulsa and that would be another issue when a young man or woman visits a school that has outstanding facilities; Arkansas is near the top in facilities as has been reported recently. LSU has a very good football team, let's leave it at that; they might get better but then again, we might get better too ! The Hogs have much less "rebuilding" to do than the poster lets on like although this new coaching staff does have areas of concern and for good reason. Go Hogs Go ! Root Hog or Die !!!

Re: Interesting Recruiting Article (2014 OL)
That's my point apparently they feel the need to take there shots now. LSU has a good football team but they will be rebuilding as well all teams do. This years recruiting ranking doesn't tell the whole story great strides where made.

Oh and no one from Monroe or any nearby cities (like, say, up the interstate at Ruston?) has ever come to play sports at Arkansas EDIT: But mainly what I was implying is "laughable" is that you're still dogging our recruiting class. Get a clue!

Re: Interesting Recruiting Article (2014 OL)
Even with all of their so called high octane talent, the LSU football team hasn't exactly been knocking it out of the park lately. In the 2012 BCS championship game, they got hammered by Alabama, even though the game was played in New Orleans. Then, this past year, they get knocked off by Clemson, not exactly a football powerhouse the past several years. They always have high expectations but rarely live up to them.
