O.K. Folks, how many wins next year?
As this recruiting season heats up so is my prediction for wins next season. I'm moving up to 2 hog wins. Both will be in overtime of course against non conference teams at home and flu like symptoms for both the opposing team and coach. After that, it's on to basketball. Come on, be a man and put your prediction out there for everyone to see.

Re: O.K. Folks, how many wins next year?
7-6
I say Mitchell ends up the starting QB and some young O-Linemen have a light come on thanks to the new staff. We go 6-6 and win a lower tier bowl game.
--I think we win our first 4 (ULL, Samford, Southern Miss, Rutgers). --We have a bye before playing Auburn, plus it's at home --We have another bye before playing MSU, plus it's at home, plus it's the week after their Bama game (EDIT: As in, you don't always have everyone healthy right after playing Bama)
EDIT: I also think we'll probably beat someone we "shouldn't," maybe USCe since they have a hard time in our stadium. I guess 7-5 is possible when you think of it that way, but 6-6 with a bowl win sounds about right.

Re: O.K. Folks, how many wins next year?
I think 5-7, with MSU and AUB being toss-ups could lose both or could win both, I think we will split those two. I agree with all 4 OOC. I can see an upset of LSU, really looks like them and USCe will be rebuilding next year. I'm leaning toward 5-7, but I can see with a little luck 8-5+ a bowl.

Re: O.K. Folks, how many wins next year?
Yep, I could see us as low as 4-8 (wait, does that equal 12?) and as high as 8-5 with some fortuitous bounces (including a bowl win). And I'm okay if we go 4-8 (well, not really, you know lol) as long as we see progress and the team doing better in the new system at the end of the season than they were at the beginning. bakedog19741 wrote: I think 5-7, with MSU and AUB being toss-ups could lose both or could win both, I think we will split those two. OK I think we go 7-6 maybe just maybe 8-5.

What say we AT LEAST have a Spring Game before we start throwing out predictions? I'll wait until after Fall Camp before I even consider venturing a guess.

I say 8-5 but I always pick a win or two more! So I would be happy with 7-6, with a bowl win!

I know HL91 prediction already, 14-0 HL91, dont forget my seat next to you. Not so fast, my friend. We may win six games. I dont see a lot of hope this year. The recruiting class is going to be weak at best this year. But the HC and his assistants are swinging for the fences and this will pay off sooner, rather than later. We will bring in talent that can contribute immediately. So, no NC this year or next. I will reserve your seat in 2015 if the good Lord gives me that much more time. WPS 8888

Re: O.K. Folks, how many wins next year?
I would have to agree with Fox. on your first prediction. I see us going 4-8, maybe just maybe going 5-7. I hope these kids do better but I just don't see how they can produce much better on offense with what was lost, and on Defense I don't think we can turn it around in one season. I think we stay about where we were this past season, but I think the gained experience will lead to improvement the next year. GO Hogs! Re: O.K. Folks, how many wins next year?
I think 5-7, I've said that since before we knew who the coach would be, but two teams are rebuilding like us and we always play LSU tough. Just saying it wouldn't shock me to see 7-5, 8-4 and a bowl game. 5-7 is what I expect.
