Best place to purchase a handgun? 

I am looking to purchase a Ruger model GP100 - SS - 357 mag revolver (4in or 6in). Where is the best place to look for one (new or used)? Online? Gun Shows? Dealers? Have you got one you want to sell?

I've had good luck with new gun purchases through www.gunsamerica.com

Of course, a number of different dealers sell through this site, so do your homework and read the seller's feedback.

There is a guy here in Picayune who does my FFL transfer for only $20 and you can get some good deals online (even with the shipping added in.) Plus the selection is better than you will get walking into a single gun store. I bought two guns here recently and had both in hand within three days and am happy with the price and service.

Note: I don't see your gun at www.gunsamerica.com at the moment, but you might consider watching the site for a while or contacting one of the dealers on the site directly.
