I didn't know this was part of a formal celebration:

http://www.************/humani...hemy-rights-day

Atheists, Freethinkers celebrate Blasphemy Rights Day

Friday is International Blasphemy Rights Day, a day for atheists, freethinkers, and others to celebrate the right to criticize, satirize and reject religious superstition.

International Blasphemy Rights Day
takes place every September 30th. The purpose of this event is to support free speech and to oppose any resolutions or laws that discourage or inhibit free speech of any kind.

Atheists already have their own holiday on April 1st - April Fools Day!

"The fool says in his heart, there is no God." - Psalm 14:1

"There aren't any atheists in foxholes." - WW2 vet

The Browns have some outstanding Christians including many of their best players in Peyton Hillis, Colt McCoy and DQ Jackson.  I'll take them on my team - all atheists can root for someone else.

Lighten up Francis.

I'm sure even the Lord, Himself, would find some humor in this thread.

Yeah, and we'll be laughing all the way there.  Except for me, because I bought an indulgence.  Go flagellate somewhere else.

Aaron doesn't say you're going to hell, but the Bible says that "God will not be mocked." Check out his word sometime and read it. It changed my life!

As I lost some of my hair, the bible has been a great comfort to me:

http://www.biblegateway.com/pa...mp;version=NKJV

2 Kings 2:23-24

23 Then he went up from there to Bethel; and as he was going up the road, some youths came from the city and mocked him, and said to him, “Go up, you baldhead! Go up, you baldhead!”

24 So he turned around and looked at them, and pronounced a curse on them in the name of the LORD. And two female bears came out of the woods and mauled forty-two of the youths.

I think he'd call up joel Osteen, the Pope et al and say...

"Really?"

“How many consuming fires can there be in the words: freedom, peace and democracy and how easy they can be extinguished by ignorance, stupidity and arrogance?”

Did you get your money back on the last guarantee?

I didn't.

Had to report the Bible to the Better Business Bureau.

I was skeptical, but I was hoping for the rapture.

Houston, as the most populous Bible Belt city, would have had much less traffic.

If it's on your credit card, I'm guessing the bank won't try to collect payment post-earth demolition.  Then again, I could be wrong.

If you have Halloween decorations, and not Jesusween decorations - well, let's just say it's not looking good for ya getting all floaty on the 21st.
